H2 Health is looking for a Full-time or Part-time Physical Therapist for our Ranking Physical Therapy Berkeley an outpatient clinic located in Berkeley Springs, WVThis position will consist of treating a primarily orthopedic caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited (APTA) Physical Therapy program.
Experience:
Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred, however, new grads are welcome!
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of West VirginiaManual and spine training is a plusMust be able to work independentlyMust be comfortable working in an outpatient settingMust pass required background checks and be enrolled, or able to enroll, as a Medicaid providerFacility Hours:
Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (flexible work schedule with the option of 4 days a week)Compensation:
