We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Associate to join our team.
As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in bottling our products for our warehouse.
This hands-on position is responsible for daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to company's standard of safety, quality, and throughputo Accurately completes applicable quality and production reports hourlyo Physical and visual inspection of product is required to prevent non-conforming good Correctly reports all quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadershipo Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Ability to stand for long periods of time - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred - Forklift certification is a plus We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
